That’s the main reason RIMA established the Verification Program for its’ members. Those who have had their products verified have submitted them to all the testing standards that ensure their quality and performance claims. You can buy any of those products with confidence. With companies that are not RIMA members, you are pretty much left in the dark. They might be able to supply you with test data for their products, but, unless you are familiar with the codes and standards, you’ll have a hard time making a decision you’ll be comfortable with. A good rule of thumb — if their claim sounds too good to be true, it probably isn’t true.
