The Reflective Insulation Manufacturers Association International (RIMA-I) will hold their Fall meetings at the Margaritaville Hotel in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, October 23-24, 2024. These are the association’s working meetings where each of our committees meet to discuss assigned projects, address current industry issues and work on ongoing and upcoming projects. Topic categories include building codes, technical/research, LEED/sustainability, verification, international conference, strategic alliances and PR/Marketing/Membership. The full membership will also meet to report on association accomplishments and activities, address association business and enjoy guest speakers, Dr. William Miller from the University of Tennessee presenting on “Changing the Face of Building Materials and Systems in Response to Climate Change” and Jan Bradford speaking on “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Version 5”
What does that mean to you? It means, this is a great opportunity to learn all that is happening within the industry while networking with the top professionals in this field. Anyone involved in the reflective insulation, radiant barrier and radiation control coatings (IRCC) industries, should attend. Guests are welcome to participate in all meetings and are invited to join the members for a group cocktail hour sponsored by Fi-Foil Company (www.fifoil.com) followed by dinner on Wednesday evening at 5th & Taylor restaurant. There will also be a group brunch following our Membership Meeting Thursday morning, which will be followed by our two guest speakers – all compliments of RIMA International.
